Negative effects:.

An excessive concentration of acid glutamic or glutamine in the body - usually due to inappropriate dosages of supplements - can produce negative effects and influence pathologies such as alzahimer, epilepsy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and also in certain neurodegenerative processes caused by cephalic traumas or strokes
Also if you suffer from any type of neurological disorder or diseases of the liver or kidneys it is convenient to consult the doctor before consuming glutamic acid supplements.
